We act as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data we collect

2. Why we process it (legal basis)

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss potential collaboration — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where relevant, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To send you the newsletter — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email.
  • To operate and secure the website — legitimate interest in running a functional, secure site.

3. How long we keep it

  • Enquiry correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs: typically up to 12 months.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we use to run the site and our business:

  • Webflow, Inc. — website hosting (USA).
  • Mailchimp / Intuit Inc. — newsletter delivery (USA).
  • Google LLC — email and document tools (if applicable).
  • Public authorities where required by law.

Transfers to providers outside the EU/EEA are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies needed to display the page and, where applicable, anonymous analytics provided by Webflow. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
